Our management team is driven to continually provide our customers with the best products and support possible. During any given workday, management can routinely be found talking with employees throughout the company. CIS values communication and conducts quarterly all-hands meetings that begin with a motivational speaker, address the state of the company, provide guidance for continued growth, an open forum for Q&A, and close with a casual meal.
While everyone takes their work seriously, the workplace is frequently punctuated with birthday balloons, well wishes, and small gifts. Food trucks often appear from spring through fall.
