The CIS Secure Portable Infrastructure Trip Kit 2.0 (PITK) is a network infrastructure solution designed to provide secure communications for teams on the move. The small form factor kit includes Red/Black isolation capabilities in which the components are divided into 2 compartments of unsecured black and TEMPEST secured red. This innovative CIS Secure delivers a more user- friendly experience through streamlined design, accessible interfaces and simple connectivity while maintaining the performance and functionality of the previous generation of PITK.

The DTD-PITK-MT-02-L1 kit is purpose-built to use in mobile environments to reduce the complexity associated with the assembly and integration of multiple components to create a secure network infrastructure. The kit is housed in a MIL-Spec injection molded case with two isolated (red/black), embedded Cisco 1101-4P routers. This small and lightweight kit allows the user to quickly establish a secure connection by providing a simplified solution designed to leverage any available wide area network connection including insecure commercial Internet. If an established secure network is available, the black router can be easily bypassed through a simple physical switch to allow connection to the encryptor.
