The Cisco 8841 VoIP Phone delivers high fidelity, reliable, secure, and scalable voice communication for workers in indoor, air-conditioned office environment. The Cisco 8841 offers an easy-to-use interface with 5-inch WVGA display providing scrollable access to calling features and text-based XML applications. Additionally, the 8841 provides the flexibility in placing and receiving calls with hands free by a full-duplex speakerphone.

The CIS Secure DTD-8841T-02-L1 is a TEMPEST Phone modified version of the commercially available Cisco 8841 VoIP Phone. It supports Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) for signaling, Session Description Protocol (SDP), IPv4, and IPv6. The DTD-8841T-02-L1 is optimized for use with Cisco Unified Communications Manager. The phone has separate jacks for handset and headset ancillaries. There is no wireless capability (wi-fi, Bluetooth) enabled or available on the phone. The CIS Secure DTD-8841T-02-L1 supports both 100Mb and 1Gb SFP Fiber Modules for PC and LAN interface.
