The CIS Secure RAPID collaboration kit (DTD-RAPIDKIT-01-L1) is designed to deliver secure voice and video capabilities in a flexible platform. The DTD-RAPIDKIT-01-L1 is a self-contained, easily-transportable device that brings together wired and wireless options for WAN connectivity, a Cisco 6901 VoIP phone and a full-featured Cisco Room Bar video codec. By integrating these components inside a ruggedized case, CIS Secure enables the user to limit the number of individual devices they need to handle by integrating them in a small footprint designed to limit complexity and streamline operations in the field.

Even when away from the office, government users have the ability to leverage the networks and services they need via a secure connection. The DTD-RAPIDKIT-01-L1 delivers access to collaboration functionality via a secure router, while still allowing for connectivity to unsecured transport networks such as cellular backhaul or wired Internet through an unsecured router. If wireless is not required, the unsecured wireless router can be bypassed and all traffic routed through a second unsecured router based on mission requirements. The flexibility of the platform allows the end user to leverage on-premise collaboration platforms like Cisco CUCM or cloud platforms like Webex or Microsoft Teams.
